D e c o r a t i o n
Select your design /artwork or logo required and decide which positions you want it decorated on the garment. We will advise you of the most suitable technique.
Q u o t a t i o n
We will confirm a quotation to you dependant on the quantity and style of garment and decoration required.
S a m p l e s
We will be happy to offer a limited number of unbranded garments for you to view before confirming your order. These will only be supplied on the understanding that they are returned in perfect unworn and resaleable condition within 14 days. Non returned and/or imperfect garments will be charged for in full.
C o n f i r m i n g Y o u r O r d e r
Telephone orders are welcome however we must receive written confirmation of all orders by fax, post or e-mail before we commence production. Upon receipt of your confirmation we will send you a written Sales Order detailing your specification. Any alterations or mistakes must be notified to us at this stage.
D i g i t i s i n g & A r t w o r k
At this stage production of the logos will commence. Any alterations after artwork, embroidery discs or print screens have been produced will incur further charges and these will be invoiced to your account.
F i n a l A u t h o r i s a t i o n
If a pre-production sample is required we will require written approval before the final production will commence.
L e a d T i m e
We normally require two weeks from final confirmation to delivery. Deadlines can be accommodated subject to prior agreement.
P a y m e n t
Proforma invoices will be issued to new customers. Payments can be made by Cash, Credit Card, Cheque or Bank Transfer in full before delivery of the finished order.
